We will typically meet on the third Thursday of the month at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe. If you are interested in speaking, helping or sponsoring future meetings please contact us.

We have meetings on the third Thursday of every month.  Our group meets at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. Our normal room is room West Virginia Conference Room on the first floor but check the visual displays when you arrive to confirm.

In an ongoing attempt to make the content presented useful to our members we start each meeting with a short Q&A session.  Unless noted in the meeting notes the schedule for each meeting will be:

6:00 - 6:30 - General Q&A session & Announcements
6:30 - 7:30 - Presentation(s)
7:30 - ?? - Door prizes and Question & Answer session

Once you arrive the Orrick building is the the red brick building in between Main Street Bank and Staley's communication building. The WV Conference room is directly on your right when you enter via the main entrance on the first floor. Parking is available in the main lot and in the side lot between Staley Communication. Once inside please check the room displays as the college frequently changes our room assignment.
